Something is broken
A tool that will not load, a cut-out that came back wrong, a file your browser refused. Tell us the browser, the version, the device and what you were editing.
Subject: Bug reportContact
No ticket portal, no chatbot, no five-step form that loses your message. Just an email address.
The short answer
Email [email protected] for anything: support, bug reports, feature requests, press, partnerships or questions about Pro and the API. The inbox is read by the people who build Photomop and most messages get a reply within two working days. There is no contact form here yet, on purpose.
Email us
[email protected]Write in whatever language you are comfortable with and we will do our best, though English gets the fastest answer. If it is a bug, the browser, the version, the device and one sentence about what you were doing will usually save a whole round trip. Naming which of the toolbox you were in helps too.
We do not run a contact form yet, because a form needs a server to receive it and we would rather add that carefully than quickly. A mailto link keeps the message in your own outbox, where you can see exactly what you sent.
Every item in the second list is a consequence of the first promise on the privacy page. We cannot lose your photos, and we cannot get them back for you either.
Pick a subject line
Same address for all of them. A useful subject line just gets it to the right person faster. Before you write about Pro, the pricing page has the plan detail, and the changelog has what is genuinely built today.

Subject: Bug reportEspecially a marketplace or a passport spec we have not covered. Requests that arrive with a real use case attached tend to jump the queue.
Subject: Feature requestPro is not on sale yet. If you want the API or batch processing the day it opens, say so and we will come back to you first.
Subject: Pro and APIInterviews, integrations, security disclosures and takedown notices all land in the same inbox and get routed from there.
